Outlook Introduction to e-Mail
This course is designed for the individual who wants to use Outlook to send and receive interoffice and Internet electronic mail, and to automate the organization and manipulation of those e-mails. You will learn how to send, receive, automate and organize e-mail, as well as features that save time and help you maximize each marketing impression when you send e-mail to your customers. For example, you will learn to store your company logo along with formatted text, as a signature. Outlook can help you propagate your company brand image by automatically displaying the signature at the bottom of every e-mail message you create.
Outlook Calendar and Task Management
This class is the second in our Outlook 2003 series. Therefore, it is designed for the relatively experienced Outlook e-mail user who is already somewhat familiar with the Outlook 2003 interface. In this class you will learn to extend the use of Outlook tools beyond inter-office and Internet e-mail. By the end of this class, you will have a solid understanding of how the Outlook Calendar, Task List, and Contacts interact. You will learn to create simple and complex appointments, so that you can effectively manage your time. You will also learn to change the attributes of an appointment.
Outlook Advanced
The skills you gain in this class will help you communicate more effectively, operate securely, and organize your time optimally. By the end of this class, you will be able to share your calendar via e-mail or the Web. You will also learn to delegate viewing and editing access to your calendar, contacts, and inbox. As a result, you will learn to assign permissions to others so you can share information or empower staff and coworkers help you manage your day to day responsibilities. Additionally, you will be able to automate processes, such as managing meetings, and notifying attendees of cancellations and modifications. You will further mechanize the handling of important messages using rules, and you will learn how to change the look and functionality of Outlook to fit the way you work.
