RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
All sales are final. If you need to exchange an item for another item(s) with equal or greater value, please call or e-mail us to request for Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and return instructions. We must receive the item(s), accompanied by a valid RMA#, within 14 days from the date of delivery. Used items or items with missing pieces are not eligible for exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and any applicable price difference.
Item(s) returned to us due to refused, unclaimed, or incorrect address shipments will be subject to a 25% handling & restocking fee. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. The customer must contact us within 45 days from the date that we receive the undeliverable package to arrange reshipment of parcel or request for refund. The customer will be responsible for the costs related to return and reshipment of parcel(s).
